Many items in our store offer customized options. Where this is available, it will be indicated.  Some products include customization in the regular price, and others require an additional charge. This is clearly indicated with each product.  Your item will be personalized exactly as you enter your information with your order. 

Before we create your order, we will email you a proof of the design for approval.

That said, please do not type in all caps or include quotes, dashes or commas -- unless you wish your customization to appear this way. Please double-check all spellings before submitting your order. Personalized items may not be returned.
