On time delivery of your order is extremely important to us! Please be sure to provide your wedding date and/or date by which you need your items, so we can contact you if rush shipping is needed. There is a field to provide this information during the checkout process. Depending on where you are located in the US, this means you can expect your order within 7-10 business days if shipping regular ground. This does not include weekends and holidays. Some personalized items may take longer. Please place your orders in a timely manner so you have plenty of time to receive your merchandise before your wedding.

Alaska, Hawaii, and International Shipping: We will ship orders internationally. However, the international shipping rates can sometimes be higher than the cost of the merchandise ordered, so please send email to regarding estimated shipping costs.

The package recipient will be responsible for any duties imposed by customs. We reserve the right to decline and cancel any international order that we deem suspicious. 

Sales Tax : 8.1% sales tax is charged for Arizona residents. 

If you need rush delivery of an order, please contact us directly after checkout at or at 702.642.6902. If you get our voice response system, our customer service representatives are on other lines. Leave a voice message, and one of our team members will return your call promptly. Please include the item numbers and quantity, plus the date by which you need the order. One of our service representatives will check the availability of the items for rush shipping and will let you know what extra shipping charges will apply to your order.


When you receive your order, please inspect your items carefully. We are pleased to accept returns/exchanges on unopened, non-customization and non-dated items up to 15 days after you receive your order. Items that are personalized may not be returned unless: 

  1. The item is defective. You must report a defective item within 15 days of receipt of your order. We will replace the item at no cost to you.

  2. There is an error on the customization that is the fault of Vegas Wedding Favors. When you place your order, you must enter the customization EXACTLY as you want it to appear on your item. We will also email you a proof for approval before we personalize your items.  If the customization on the items matches the email proof that you approved, we cannot accept the item(s) for return. 


How to Return an Item

You must contact us at or 702.642.6902. Please provide your order number, name, item(s) for which you are requesting a return, and the reason you want to return them. You will be issued a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RAN) by our customer service representative. Clearly mark your RAN number on every package being returned. All returns must be repackaged in the original shipping carton including packing materials and contents, and shipped to the address below via UPS or US Postal Service. We must receive the returned item within 10 business days of issuing the RAN number.

Returns sent to Vegas Wedding Favors without the RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER clearly marked on the package, or after the ten (10) day time period provided for shipment of returned merchandise has expired, will not be accepted. Unaccepted items will be returned at the sender’s expense. Return shipping costs are not refundable.
